Vernon is a 3D generalist with a deep background in branding, print design, and color management living in Nashville, Tennessee. He started his career as a graphic designer working at a sign shop. From there he went on to work for a commercial printer as a prepress operator. In his free time, he started learning 3D for personal projects.

He went on to become prepress manager, being responsible for all artwork and color management. For 8 years he worked in print producing everything from magazines and posters, to perfect bound and smyth swen books.

Eventually he started freelancing for a local studio, doing his first paid 3D work. Today he’s a full-time freelance generalist working remotely for studios and agencies. He also runs the Music City Mograph meetup group.
